課程概述: 本課程主要是對健康經濟學有興趣並可能以之為專門研修或輔修領域之博士班學生所開設。本課程主要目的為訓練學生熟悉健康經濟學的理論和工具，並能運用於分析健康政策與醫療體系相關議題，進而能批判與改進現有理論與方法的不足。課程進行以兩週為單位，第一週是同學依據課程主題研讀授課老師指定的文章，以熟知相關理論與最新的實證研究發現，並於課堂中做導讀與心得分享，第二週則在課堂上針對授課老師規劃的題目繳交報告與進行課堂討論，由授課教師提供評論與解說。
Course description: This course is established for those doctoral students who are interested in studying health economics. The objective of this course is to facilitate the student’s understanding of the theory and tools of health economics and apply their knowledge to analyze issues in health policy and health care system. This course takes place by units of 2-weeks. At the first week, students are required to read pre-assigned articles to get acquaint with the most updated research and present at the class. At the second week, students are required to submit their answers to the homework questions and lead the discussion in the class.
